Programmed hi-hats have way of feeling programmed. Duh.

Here are some ways to put some realism into that hi hat part.
First copy the track so you have a second programmed hat and you can always revert your changes back. Another option would be to save right before starting, with a slightly different name.
One thing that you can do is to take this whole new track and move it a couple of milliseconds. You can go forward or backwards in time, but just a tiny amount. Another idea would be to reduce the original track. For example if the part was 1/16th notes, you could remove every other one, and then slide it in time a tiny portion.
You can also add an EQ but the trick is to automate one of the bands. Automate a couple of the bands.
A third option is to play with the velocity value of the part in MIDI. No drummer plays each note exactly the same, so making sure each note has it’s own unique attack can greatly improve the ‘human-ness’ of a track
