It is a quick how to on making Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream. I had pre-made the strawberry flavoring, but some thieves in the house used some, so it was a little light on strawberry flavor.
Recipe::
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cap vanilla flavoring.
You don’t have to use the yogurt, just add another cup of heavy cream instead. For certain flavors the yogurt gives a cheesecake like flavor that we really enjoy. Adjust your sugar depending on how sweet the yogurt is that you use.
